6:13-21
Once the period of separation was over, the Nazirite was to bring an offering to the tent of meeting. He was also to shave his head (remember this had been unshaven during the time of separation), and this was offered to the Lord. This was a symbol of him giving himself to God.
6:22-27
The Lord then speaks to Moses and instructs him to tell Aaron and his sons to bless the whole people of Israel. This blessing is very well known:
The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.
The Name of the Lord was to be upon the people, and He would bless them. To have the name of the Lord upon us is a blessing, and we would never deny the Lord.
